Your consumer rights
Our digital products come with rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Downloading a file does not remove those rights.
If the digital product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we will provide a remedy at no cost within a reasonable time. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may have further rights, including a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation under the Australian Consumer Law.
Problems with your purchase
If you cannot access the download, the PDF is faulty, or it does not match its description, email hello@tankandtangle.com. Include your order number or other proof of purchase and describe the problem. A screenshot may help us understand it.
There is no physical item to return by post. Any refund will be made using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise with you.
Change of mind
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once the download link has been supplied, provided the product has been supplied correctly and matches its description. This does not limit your rights where the product is faulty, is not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
